Koala
shorter, thinner fur. Queensland Koalas were previously classified as the subspecies P. cinereus adustus, and the intermediate forms in New South Wales as P. cinereus cinereus. The variation from one form to another is continuous, and there are substantial differences between individual Koalas in any given region. Koalas live almost entirely on eucalyptus leaves: a mysterious choice of diet requiring a number of specialised adaptations, as eucalypt leaves are low in protein, high in indigestable substances, and contain phenolic terpene compounds that are toxic to most species. Like wombats, Koalas have a very low metabolic rate for a mammal (which conserves

Dramamine
Dramamine Dramamine is a medication used for motion sickness. It is available OTC (over the counter), without a prescription in many areas. The drug it contains is called dimenhydrinate, and it is nearly identical to diphenhydramine HCl. The only differnces are potency (50mg dimenhydrinate = 25mg diphenhydramine) and delay of action (dimenhydrinate must break down to diphenhydramine before it is active, therefore diphenhydramine produces effects sooner). Diphenhydramine is found in most OTC sleep aids and allergy preparations, such as benadryl. It is an anti-cholinergic drug, which accounts for its antihistamine properties. Some people take more than the standard

muscarinic receptor sites in smooth muscle, exocrine glands, autonomic ganglia, and the brain, BZ decreases the effective concentration of acetylcholine seen by receptors at these sites. Thus, BZ causes peripheral nervous system (PNS) effects that in general are the opposite of those seen in nerve agent poisoning (Peripheral Effects 1, Peripheral Effects 2). Central nervous system (CNS) effects include stupor, confusion, and confabulation with concrete and panoramic illusions and hallucinations, and with regression to automatic "phantom" behaviors such as plucking and disrobing. The United States weaponized BZ, but demilitarization began in 1988 and is complete. Agent 15 is an alleged Iraqi
